Feb 21 and 28th from 6:00-8:00 pm

Bring a few favorite garments that you no longer wear and transform them into amazing upcycled clothes and accessories for kids and/or adults.

All experience levels welcome. No sewing or design experience needed. Bring an open mind and a hearty appetite.

Learn to sculpt wool fiber using the needle felting technique. This is a very versatile art form that easy to learn and great for all skill levels. In this class we will be making a figure sculpture learning how to form a core and embellish the finished creation.

Mel Larsen-Orr is an experienced instructor in the felting arts and students will leave her hands-on, practical workshop with the confidence and skills to master future projects. You can view her collection in her Etsy shop

Using natural and recycled materials, we will make ornaments for the holidays and/or a nature inspired table.

Note: Younger children will need assistance, but parents of older children may feel free to stay or take a break and hang out in Warehouse cafe, use the free wi-fi, or browse at Daisies and Dinos Children's Resale Store. However, due to insurance reasons, we ask that parents remain in the building while their children attend class.

Come decorate a house for your very own gingerbread family to live in! Adults and children will learn the art of decorating gingerbread houses and have fun creating their own to take home. All supplies provided.

Cost: $15 per gingerbread house (family members may share a single house if they choose and just pay $5 extra per person for additional decorations and ginger bread people).

Beeswax makes a wonderful clean burning candle with a lovely scent! Join us and learn how to make your own candles with beeswax sheets. No hot melted was needed, so this class is safe and fun for all ages! Supplies provided.

Come make your own unique and wonderfully fragrant wreaths from seasonal greenery! We will provide the ring, wire, lots of seasonal greenery, pine cones etc. If you have them, bring pruners, wire cutters, accents, ribbons and any special items you'd like to incorporate into your wreath.

This is a family activity appropriate for all ages, the more the merrier!

Cost: $20-$35 depending on size of ring chosen

Occasionally we offer a large scale project on the side that requires many hands, to encourage cooperation and teamwork, though exploring solo is always an option as well.

All materials are non-toxic, but some may not wash out as well as others. Come with play clothes or a smock, ready to get messy and explore!
